Black Curled Quill Floating Fascinator Headband Hat – Leila

A modern, floating fascinator design with a curled black quill for height and structure—sophisticated and striking from every angle. Curled quills are set on small pieces of sturdy wire, which are painted.  The headband is handmade and is covered in a satin colour of your choice. Fixes with a double-twisted elastic millinery band, stopping the elastic from rolling up under the hair.
